North Korea Upgrading Their Space Equipment

According to CNN, North Korea have made larger rockets and advanced their space equipment. Which they claim will allow them to "to move forward with another rocket launch". Satellite images from South Korea's military protocol; gave them access to a view on North Korea's new launch pad and gantry tower that holds the rocket in place. This was a year long construction project. North Korea's decision on whether they are going to launch any rockets could have some political concern with South Korea, though. Many tests need to be done to make sure that the rockets are safe and capable of lasting in space.
