Ebola Patient Was Relesased From Hospital

The patient suffering from Ebola virus disease, in a Texas hospital, had told the nurse about his recent journey to Africa. The nurse claimed she "misheard" the patient, and never passed the information to the other hospital employees. They later then released a severely infected patient with "flu like" symptoms home with just antibiotics.

It was later reported those two days after, the patient needed ambulance assistance to be brought back to the hospital. The patient symptoms have worsened, and had to be immediately isolated in an area. The executive vice present, Dr. Mark Lester, stated that the patient was not given the clinical procedure for an Ebola patient.

This is great example of why Americans should at least be checked with screen tests after visiting any foreign place. Any immigrants coming into America should have a screen test protocol too. This will prevent any disease break-outs from occurring.
