Members of Chinese Cult Sentenced To Death

Five members from the Chinese doomsday cult were detained and each given certain charges for the murder of a women in McDonalds. Allegedly the report from the police say, the cult had asked the 37-year-old women, Wu Shuoyan, for her number trying to recruit new members. When she refused them, the cult had attacked and had brutally beaten her to death.

Two of the members, Zhang Fan and Zhang Lidong, were sentenced to death. A gruesome description of how these two killed the women was given out to the media. They stomped on her face, took mops and chair from the restaurant, and smashed them across her face until they broke. While other members, such as, Lyu Yingchun, Zhang Hang, and Zhang Qialolin, had just kicked her. They were each sentenced to life, or 7-10 years in prison depending on how they act in prison for the next couple of years.

The cult they are apart of are enrolled in the Church of Almighty God, and they believe one of their members, Yang, was recreated from Jesus Christ. They have been suspected for other charges in the past decade about abductions and kidnappings, making them apart of the list of banned church groups.
