Manhunt for Eric Frein Lasting 6 Weeks

On September 12, Eric Matthew Frein shot and killed Officer Cpl. Bryon Dickson, near Blooming Glove, Pennsylvania. Frein made a run for the woods after the ambush.

No one has suspected Frein to last this long in the Northeast woods of Pennsylvania with packs of armed forces on the hunt for him. Frein is a highly specialized survivalist and has spent years in Russia learning combat. It has been six weeks, and they've only had a few leads from the dogs picking up scent.

Frein was reportedly spotted early this week by a resident in the thickly wooded town of Swiftwater, PA. Schools in that area have been closed down. Most the towns in the Northeast part of Pennsylvania have canceled Halloween parades and trick-or-treating. Some are allowing dances to occur at local high schools though, but it is "better to be safe than sorry."

Eric Frien, is number one on ten most wanted list.
