Boy Found and Re-United With His Mother

Through all the disaster occurring in the Middle East, here comes a heartwarming story about a mother and son reunited. 
Pranvera Zena had her eight-year-old son, Erion, taken from her in June 2014. She made her claim about the boy's father, Arben, taking their son to Syria to fight for the Islamic State. Erion Arbazi, followed his father from across the border of Albania, and then flew with him from Tirana to Turkey, until they eventually ended up in Syria. Reportedly, Arben was supposed to take their son on an expedition to the Kosovo Mountains, instead he took their young son on an adventure he will never forget.

Erion, with the help of social media, was seen in pictures holding up the Islam State (IS) sign, wrestling with other children, all next to a militant black flag. Rescue operations used advanced technology to view Skype calls militant families had in the camps, and also linked into phone calls between Pranvera and Arben, before finally having an idea where Erion was. Careful analysis was authorized for this dangerous operation to get Erion out of the camp, safe and alive.
