Hurricane Odile Wipes-out Mexico

According to CNN, Sunday night in Mexico a Category 3 hurricane hit the Northwest region of the Baja Peninsula. High rain tones will be expected on the West Coast of United States, due to the storm moving up North, but the United States will not be hit by this hurricane.

The impact of over 100-mph winds destroyed homes, demolished trees, and wiped-out power lines. Despite the effects the hurricane had on the environment, there were two deaths reported in Puerto Vallarta, which is Mexican inland, a street vendor and a tourist. About 135 minor injuries were caused from the flying glass and things falling.

Hurricane Odile's Path.

There was over 18-inches of rainfall and now tens to millions of people without power. Debris is scattered all over the cities, and neighborhoods of Mexico. A resident of Los Cabos, Mexico explained "This is what nature does...now they need to start the clean-up fast."
